The house rule

The room

A refuge, not a scene.

North Country sits above Kitipanit restaurant on Tha Phae Road. There is no sign out front. You walk past the small alley, climb the wooden stairs, and the street goes quiet.

Inside it is minimal on purpose: old teak walls, warm lamps, a long slab bar and a few deep seats. Nothing competes with the conversation or the glass in front of you.

We built it as a refugee place for anyone who needs one. Locals after work, travellers at the end of a long day, old friends with time to kill. Have a drink, stay a while, and go home a little easier than you came.

In the glass

Made with care. Served without fuss.
